About Aeolus
Aeolus Ltd. is a personal investment holding company incorporated in the Cayman Islands. We are not a fund and we do not accept outside capital. Our purpose is to preserve and compound wealth for a single family, investing with the patience that only truly permanent capital affords.
Our mandate
We invest across asset classes — public equities, private equity, real estate and select credit — with a single goal: to generate real, after-tax returns that compound over decades. Our time horizon is measured in generations, not quarters.
We are style-agnostic but philosophy-bound. We prefer to own high-quality businesses with durable competitive advantages, run by exceptional operators, at prices that reflect reasonable long-term outcomes. We are equally comfortable being contrarian when dislocation creates compelling risk-adjusted opportunities.
Liquidity is a tool, not an objective. We hold a meaningful portion of capital in illiquid, long-duration assets where we believe the illiquidity premium and structural inefficiency create outsized return potential.

Opportunistic credit and special situations where structural complexity or illiquidity creates mispricing.

Aeolus Ltd. is incorporated under the laws of the Cayman Islands and is subject to the jurisdiction and regulatory oversight of the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority where applicable.
Our governance framework reflects the seriousness with which we approach fiduciary responsibility. Investment decisions are made by a single investment committee. Operational and compliance functions are supported by independent, qualified service providers to ensure institutional standards are maintained.
We adhere to the highest standards of confidentiality and data security. We do not publicly disclose portfolio holdings or performance data.
